On Memorial Day, Stella and I trekked along the East Shore Trail. On our way back, we had paused for a moment to look north across the lake into the snowcapped southern end of the Never Summer Range. This trail encompasses both the Arapaho National Recreation Area and Rocky Mountain National Park, on the eastern shore of Shadow Mountain Lake. It is the only trail that you are able to ride your bike on inside the park boundaries (No E-Bikes).
Beautiful !!! And you did this despite the weather that ended up moving in over the holiday weekend. You two are the adventurer’s !!!
